"If it were up to me, no one would call me a hippie"

Published: 3:04 PM GMT-05, 02.04.06 Sun

I love that my brother lives in New York now. I really do. Today we went out for a burger, and as we're walking along, I feel the need to tell him I'm wearing the same t-shirt I was wearing yesterday. He grins and says "me too!" and we high five and keep walking.

And then he proceeds to tell me about the most detailled and convoluted dream of all time (excepting mine). He promises a post later. EDIT: Here it is!

So then, we're about to pay the check when the waitress tells me her sister would love my shirt. And not only that, but her sister is sitting in the corner. She beckons her (ABSOLUTELY IDENTICAL) sister to come read my shirt. Her sister gets about halfway across the dark room and says "AH! Real women don't sleep with Yankee fans, right?!"

And I said, yeah, although it's "date" and not "sleep with" not to mention "Yankees", but still...

And we all have a good chuckle for a second and verbally high five until one of them looks at Max and says "Oh, sorry! You're not a Yankee fan, right?"
